Most gas, wood, coal, and pellet appliances should be professionally serviced once per year for safety and performance. 


Spring and summer are ideal, since fall and winter appointments fill quickly. 


Scheduling early is recommended, especially during peak heating season. 


Service & Repairs

No. We service products purchased through authorized hearth retailers. We recommend contacting the original retailer or manufacturer directly for assistance. 


For safety and liability reasons, we may be unable to service units not installed by a licensed or certified professional. An inspection may be required before service can be scheduled. 


Yes. Emergency and same-day service may be available depending on scheduling and seasonal demand. Additional emergency service fees may apply. 


Yes. All service visits include a diagnostic/service fee. Any additional repairs or parts will be discussed before work begins. 


Installation & Sales

No. We only install products purchased through our showroom to ensure proper sizing, compatibility, and warranty compliance. 


Yes. We offer free in-home consultations by appointment to help you choose the right fireplace, stove, or heating solution for your space. 


Permit requirements vary by municipality. When applicable, we help guide customers through the permitting and inspection process. 


Products & Safety

No. For health and safety reasons, we do not sell vent-free gas products. 


In many cases, yes. An in-home evaluation helps determine compatibility, venting options, and product selection. 


Yes. We carry replacement parts, venting, and accessories for select brands and models. 


Payments & Policies

 Yes. Deposits are required for product orders and installation scheduling. 


We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
